Before applying for FAP, student will need to check if he/she is eligible for this Programme by checking “Eligibility to be a Recipient Student”
- Application period
Application periods are differently set up by each Cooperating University (CU) and many CUs hold 1-2 application period(s) a year. The past application periods can be checked from here, however, CUs may not necessarily hold the application periods at the same time of the year in the future and therefore students are advised to Contact Office at CU directly to find out the upcoming application periods.
- Application procedure
Each CU has different rules for the application procedure of this Programme. At one university, students have to input the necessary information to FAPS and print out application form and cover letter, then submit those materials with other relevant documents to Contact Office at the university. At the other university, students have to fill in and submit a form provided by the university with other relevant documents at first, and the university staff will input the information to FAPS on behalf of the students. Students are advised to check what is the application procedure at their university by contacting Contact Office at CU and follow the instructions of the university staff.
