After the Grace Period, students must return 10,000 yen every month to the CU (in the way that the CU requests) by the Reimbursement Due Date which the CU decides. If a student will be away from the CU for more than one month for some reasons such as going away or returning home on holidays, joining an overseas study tour, the student will have to make reimbursements to the CU in advance. Students will complete their reimbursements 4 months before they finish their course at the CU at the latest.
